2. Exchange Policy — 60-Day Size Exchange
We offer free size exchanges within 60 days of the delivery date.
If the size you ordered does not fit correctly, we will exchange your item for a different size at no additional cost to you.
To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
— Unworn and unwashed — In original, undamaged packaging — Requested within 60 days of the confirmed delivery date
To initiate a size exchange, contact us at contact@getevidente.com with the following information:
— Your full name — Your order number — The size you received — The size you need
We will respond within 1–3 business days with instructions to complete your exchange.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Evidente LLC does not offer monetary refunds except in the following circumstances:
— The item received was defective or damaged upon arrival — The incorrect item was shipped due to an error on our part
In either case, please contact us at contact@getevidente.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.
4. Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
— Items that have been worn or washed — Items returned without original packaging — Items requested for exchange after 60 days of delivery — Final sale or promotional items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at contact@getevidente.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
6. Shipping
For approved size exchanges, Evidente LLC will cover the cost of return shipping and reshipment within the contiguous United States.
International exchange shipping costs may vary. Please contact us for details.
7. Processing Time
Once your exchange is approved and the original item is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your replacement order to be processed and shipped.
